Thanks to high-quality materials and modular design, cleaners can be operated with over-the-top reliability and versatility.

Made from high quality materials Peinemann managed to manufacture equipment that will have improved cleaning capabilities at a relatively small investment. You can choose accessories for example high-capacity rollers, which can easily rotate the tube bundles in the cleaning area. The holding frames are designed for different operating conditions, it can be selected depending on use. (Flange mounted “Flex Frame”, roller frame, fixed frame, scaffold frame) Thanks to the various converters, even larger diameter pipes can be cleaned. Smaller cleaners are portable, modular, easy to disassemble and mount, and can be used with a medium-sized high pressure pump. During high pressure cleaning the pressure is above 1000 bar, so special attention must be paid to safety!

Most of the accidents are caused by the operator’s inattention or fault!

The remote control module increases security as the operator can operate the machine from a safe distance. Cleaning efficiency can be increased by using multiple lances cleaner.

Outside cleaning of the bundles is also under high pressure. Thanks to the technology and design, the cleaning process generates a frequency in the tubes, which removes stubborn rust deposits and impurities from the outer surface of the bundle.

Thanks to the latest developments and accessories, some devices can be controlled from a tablet, which increases flexibility and security. The current Western European oil refinery trend forbids manual use, if high-pressure cleaners can be automated. If not, the operator must be able to control the unit from a safe distance.
